Store Manager

We are seeking self-starters with retail or other management experience who are looking to break into the automotive maintenance industry. The store manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service centers and has full profit and loss responsibility.

Qualifications:
• 2-3 years management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent human relation skills – with the ability to work well with a team
• Knowledge of Occupations Health and Safety Regulations/Standards
• Good math and verbal skills
• Ability to use a computer
• Experience in handling customer complaints
• Experience in interviewing and hiring potential job applicants

Assistant / Service Managers

We are seeking self-starters with retail or other management experience who are looking to break into the automotive maintenance industry. As second in command, it will be your responsibility to assist in the smooth flow of day-to-day operations and ensure that all new and current employees are kept up-to-date on training programs and procedures. Retail, customer service or management experience is a plus.

Qualifications:
• 6 months – 1 year management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent human relation skills
• Knowledge of Occupations Health and Safety Regulations/Standards
• Experience in handling customer complaints
• Experience in interviewing and hiring potential job applicants.

Crew Technicians

The Crew Tech is responsible for all oil and lubrication operations conducted on his/her assigned shift. While mechanical ability and inclination are important, we believe that mechanical skills can be taught – in fact, that’s part of our extensive job training.
